I visited Repco Lawnton twice today.
The first time I spoke with a lovely young lady who was extremely friendly and helpful, and to her credit, as soon as she realised my questions were more 'challenging ' put me straight on to Leanne.
Leanne found the holden brake cylinder I was looking for quickly.
She was a pleasure to deal with.
Then I got home and o found I'd asked for the wrongvone, so I went back.
Leanne finished up with another Customer and we started working out what I'd got wrong.
After two hours, we worked out that my trailer had a Holden Axel, Ford brake shoes, and a Toyota drum.
Leanne never wavered.
She was the true professional the entire time. I was half expecting her to give up and say she was defeated but she didn't.
I'm not that mechanically minded and Leanne just continued to keep looking for a solution to my problem until we fount it, and I am very grateful.
